Prices

All prices at the HeartMadeStoneArt web shop inside the European Union are shown with VAT included. All prices shown outside the European Union are excluding VAT.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. Please provide this number when contacting HeartMadeStoneArt about a specific order at orders@heartmadestoneart.com. Our physical address is Stengade 8B, 3.tv., 3000 Helsingør, Denmark, CVR: 27367992.

Delivery time

HeartMadeStoneArt ships orders on a daily basis, and under normal circumstances your order within Denmark will be delivered within 5 working days. Orders outside of Denmark can expect to be delivered within 21 working days, depending on the time needed for the shipments to clear customs. HeartMadeStoneArt cannot be made responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

Shipping charges

You will be able to see the freight charges in your shopping cart at the time of check out and before you confirm your order. You are responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the authorities in the country to which the order is shipped. Please check out specific customs or import rules for your country. Please note that all orders are sent as unregistered mail to keep the shipping costs low. You will thus not receive any tracking links.

Method of payment

We use third-party payment facilities and your available payment options are American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard or Paypal. Your credit card number and signature codes are encrypted. Credit card information is not stored in our systems.

Paylike acts as data controller in regards to your payment instrument information. Please see their privacy policy for more information about the processing.

Taxes and duties

All orders outside the European Union is shipped on a DDU basis – Delivery Duty Unpaid, which means that the prices displayed at the checkout are excluding all taxes, duties and Danish VAT. This means that you may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes by your local customs. Unfortunately, we are not able to advise the exact amount on your order since these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.

Claims and damages

We check all goods prior to shipment. However, should you receive an item that it broken, you must contact us within 14 days after you’ve received the damaged item(s).

Returns and exchanges

You can return one or more products purchased from our website without justification within 30 days after you have received the order. To activate your right to return a product, you must notify us via the contact form on https://www.heartmadestoneart.com/contact/

You must return the Products in packaging that ensures that no damage is made to the Products in transit to us at your expense within 14 calendar days of your notice of cancellation. Note that if you fail to package the goods adequately to avoid damage in transit or fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, on receipt of the goods in undamaged condition we will refund the full purchase price to the card or method you originally used for the purchase. Guarantee

For customers in the EU there is a minimum 2-year legal guarantee to have a product repaired, replaced or reimbursed in case it was faulty at the moment of delivery (even if this becomes evident later on).

Customer information

Customer information is stored at the time of order placement in our system. HeartMadeStoneArt does not transfer the collected personal data to third parties for purposes other than those relating to the processing of the order or otherwise required by law. If you have opted in for our newsletter, your customer information is stored in our system, but will not be release outside the HeartMadeStoneArt website unless otherwise required by law.
