How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped from Denmark so delivery can take up to a month depending on where you live.
Most receive their order within two weeks.

Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, shipping worldwide with tracking will cost more than the product itself.
But don’t worry. If your packet doesn’t arrive, we will send a new product or offer your money back.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged item and we will send you a new product.

Can I have my own design on the mug?
Yes, if you’re a company we can do a custom design based on your input and images/logos you send us.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes, you can wash your mug in the dishwasher.

Do you paint directly on the mug?
No, the text and drawings on the mugs are made in a drawing program, printed on paper and burned onto the mug, which makes them dishwasher safe.

Which pens do you use for stone painting?
I use Posca markers for coloring and Artline 0,05 for the thin black lines.

Are the stones varnished?
Yes, all the stones are varnished with Make Make Colorfix which is water based and nontoxic.

Can I leave the stone outside?
Even though Make Make should be waterproof after a few layers it is still susceptible to the weather, so I would recommend keeping the stone inside.

Are the stones hand painted, transfers or stickers?
All the stones are hand painted with no use of transfers or templates.

Do you do custom orders?
When I have time, I do a few customer orders, so if you have any special requests, please contact me and we can talk about it. But please note that the work I do is very minimalistic and the stick kids are meant as representations and not accurate portraits, so requests for different hair color etc. can not be met.
